Unbelieveable! How many years has that taken? If only the former owners of the property would/could get around to doing something with the houses they bought with the proceeds....
I agree. At least two of the houses have been leased and are bringing in income.It takes a long, long time when decisions have to be made by many people especially with the help of committees and trustees to guide them.
